World Heroes well-done character versus unfair World Heroes character. That's right, it's time for Rasputin to face a fellow fighter from his game series. Muscle Power, as many of you know, is the Hulk Hogan rip-off of World Heroes. His version in MUGEN is made by GM and I must say it's a quite unfair one. Muscle Power has a very high priority in his attacks, which are also quite damaging. I know originally Muscle Power was one of the strongest characters in World Heroes, but he was balanced at the point he was as slow as a snail and he didn't have a long range. But that handicap is over here, since he's become fast and his attacks have a larger range. It's been hard to defeat an unbalanced WH character using a balanced one, but in the end, Rasputin will prove Muscle Power who's the best... and maybe show him his Secret Garden? xD --- Stage: England ring from Saturday Night Slammasters 2 BGM: Music theme of Bobby Lashley
