An illustrative animation of Lenz's Law where a short-circuited coil (loop) moves in a magnetic field. Before the coil enters the field, there is no induced current and the coil moves fast. When the coil enters the field, an induced current is established inside the coil and so another magnetic field is induced around the coil. Consequently, the movement of the coil is slowed down. Like a lemon, a potato can produce electricicty if a copper and zinc terminals are inserted in it. The copper terminal is positive whereas the zinc is negative. The chemical reaction inside the potato causes the electrons to move from the zinc to the copper. The experiment was demonstrated by Mustafa Daif and directed by Ebtisam Al Anzoor.
