Theo Kogan has been in the fashion and music industry for over 10 years, as a model and muse doing campaigns for Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein, Burberry, Courvoisier, Rimmel and many more as well as tons of Fashion Editorial and runway work. As the singer of her former all female band Lunachicks, she inspired a gaggle of young girls and boys to emulate her style and start bands of their own. For over a decade she toured around the world with the likes of Marilyn Manson, Rancid, The Offspring and many others. Theo is also an actress and has been in films directed by Martin Scorcese, Jane Campion, and cult classics like High Times Potluck, and Terror Firmer by Troma Films and the animated feature Live Freaky Die Freaky. She is also involved in Avante Garde Theater, in the roster of NYC’s prestigious Performance Space 122 and the Summer Play Festival and Rotozaza UK and numerous collaborative performances with BIG ART GROUP, Theo's ongoing collaboration with Rob Roth in SCREEN TEST.2 in Jan 2008. Theo also hosted the hit Fuse show Pants Off, Dance Off, and had television roles on Law And Order SVU, Third Watch and more. She also appeared on VH1's The Metal Years and My First Time. She also did motion capture for the new game by the makers of Guitar Hero called Rockband. Characters in the game are based on her movement! Theo is a budding business mogul, about to launch a new lip-gloss and make up line called Armour Beauty with partner Allison Burns. The line will launch in Jan 2008. Butta Verses, a Bronx-bred rapper who now calls Fort Lauderdale, Florida home, made his debut appearance on De La Soul’s 2004 release The Grind Date spitting back to back with Posdonus on the song “No.” Butta’s name was bestowed upon him by fellow MCs at local ciphers but once his mixtape reached the ears of DJ Maseo from De La Soul, his rhymes started reaching neighborhoods around the world. Maseo signed Butta to his Bear Mountain Entertainment label and he began touring with De La Soul to promote The Grind Date. Butta released several mixtapes while playing over 200 shows on De La Soul’s international tour and began recording with his crew GCD (Glee Club Detention) as well as Seattle’s Vitamin D and Bean One for his Bear Mountain debut, Brand Spankin. Having completed his term with Bear Mountain, Butta focused on live performances, sharing the stage with such veterans as Wu Tang Clan, KRS-One, Boot Camp Click and many others. Though no longer signed with Maseo, Butta was heard in late 2006 on De La Soul’s old-school flavored track, “You Got It” from Impossible Mission. All along, Butta has seen a great deal of his catalog licensed for television (NBC’s Saturday Night Live and A&E’s Dog The Bounty Hunter, to name a couple) and ringtones through his partnership with NYC-based licensing company, Beats and Rhymes. Today, Butta is wrapping up his follow-up album, Six Minutes To Ten, with such guests as CL Smooth, and A-Butta of Natural Elements with production help from The Mighty V.I.C. and Tzarizm among others. March of 2007 will see the release of an exclusive Butta V track produced by Marco Polo on hip-hop upstart label Audio Clutch. Jay Godfrey is the founder and creative director behind his eponymous collection of sleek, sexy and sophisticated designs. Perpetually inspired by the chic New York woman, Godfrey’s goal as a designer is to meld the classic tailoring techniques of Savile Row with modern silhouettes and luxurious fabrics. The result is his distinctive contemporary collection of dresses and separates that accentuate the female figure. A native of Toronto, Godfrey realized his dream of becoming a designer while working his first summer job at Hugo Boss. He studied finance at Montreal’s McGill University in order to gain a grounding in business and accounting. Upon graduating, Godfrey headed to Wall Street and worked for Citigroup. While learning the finer points of finance, Jay’s goal of designing a collection led him to Parsons School of Design. An internship with Oscar de la Renta fine-tuned the young designer’s style and technique, and helped him determine the ultimate Jay Godfrey woman. Having only been in business for a little over two years, Godfrey has quickly cultivated his signature aesthetic, which perfectly lends itself to the fashion-forward and glamorous woman. The collection has caught the media’s attention and has been featured in WWD, ELLE, Cosmopolitan and the New York Post. As a live band, Suzerain are hard to beat. Having blasted through the majority of the London circuit Suzerain have earned themselves a fearsome live reputation, and are a band to be noted. Jewelry designer and owner of StarlinGear, Ryk Maverick specializes in creating sterling silver and aluminum jewelry, apparel and home items. The first item he created was a hot rod shifter made of aluminum, and in the shape of a skull. Skulls are a common theme in Ryk’s work, his inspiration coming from a dream he had when he was a child.
