168 Summary - In the previous episode, Soul Society appointed a new captain to the 3rd protection squad named Amagai Shuusuke. Kira welcomed the new arrival, but the rest of the squad doesn't. He throws a welcome party in attempt to draw the team and the new captain closer, but it back fires and the captain faints. In the meantime a groups of Gillians starts infiltrating Soul Society so the 3rd Squad was assigned to eliminate them. The cleaner malfunctions and almost kills them until the new captain come in to save the day.
