Have you ever wondered what your real estate agent is doing at your open house when you're not around? I ad-libbed 99% of this one. The only part I wrote was for the V/O of the buyer on the phone. Everything else I just made up as I went along. I had the idea today because I really was sitting at an open house for 2 hours and practically no one came. Luckily I had my camera with me and my ADD was really effective today. Those 2 hours went by very quickly. Editing was a bitch especially the phone conversation at the end. Had to write dialog that fit in my pauses and then I had to chop it up into a million pieces to sync in all up. I'm not 100% satisfied with the music but I should probably have something original anyway. The sync is off a little in some spots but I'm not re-editing it now. The music in the first half is called Brazilian Acid Jazz (not sure who the artist is) and Choked by Tool. Took about 10 hours from filming to final edit.
