Kurisu no MUGEN: Scarlet Devil Mansion vs. Cannon Spikers

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_Scarlet_Devil_Mansion_vs._Cannon_SpikersIt's Daiya's Meirin (under my control) and Nachel's Remilia in a battle against Cannon Musume's Cammy (Yes, you heard correctly. Cannon Musume. Cammy is the only one of his/her characters that nobody who is anybody in the MUGEN community has bothered to face yet. It's all either Master Cheese or "TORNADO UPPER!!" Dream Bison.) and BBH's B.B. Hood. Why these two in particular? Because they have something that very few others have: A true Dual Technique. Granted, it's just the two of them performing their supers at the same time, but they're coordinated in such a way to inflict maximum damage.

Kurisu no MUGEN: 4-on-4 Boss Rush

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_4-on-4_Boss_RushI'm pretty sure someone's done this before, a four-on-four match against four boss-type characters. Vega/M.Bison (Street Fighter II/Alpha series): Most of you know this guy: He has a lot of power, agility, and priority, and a fierce AI to go with it. Suika Ibuki (Missing Power mode) (Immaterial and Missing Power): Yep, it's everyone's favorite drunken Oni girl. She may have a limited moveset, and a somewhat weak agility, she makes up for with a lot of power and durability (not to mention Hyper Armor blocking off any Custom State attacks) and if you block an attack incorrectly, you're penalized with a 500 SP (Half of a Super level) drop. Captain Caveman (Saturday Morning Madness): Telechy's own boss character. You've probably heard of his reach and priority, as well as the fierce rushdown game his AI has and the lightning-quick recovery roll that can get him out of some moves that would otherwise spell certain doom. Apocalypse (Marvel vs. Street Fighter): There are three things you should know about this guy: -All hits do the same amount of damage to him, no matter how strong they are -He cannot turn around at all -His drill HURTS, and a lot of his other moves are difficult to avoid.

Kurisu no MUGEN: JUMP! JoJo Vs. DBZ

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_JUMP!_JoJo_Vs._DBZIt's Jump Ultimate Stars MUGEN style! Dio Brando and Jotaro Kujo from JoJo's Bizzare Adventure take on Goku and Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z! As for my choice of music..."Immortal Powers" from "Saiyuki: Return of Wukong" by none other than ReubenKee! I chose this one because Wukong is the name of the main character of "Journey to the West", which provided a good amount of inspiration for the Dragon Ball series. (I think Goku is to Japanese as Wukong is to Chinese.)

Kurisu no MUGEN: Cless Vs. Sephiroth

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_Cless_Vs._SephirothAnd another swordsman takes on and takes down Sephiroth. I must have nerfed Sephi to the point where he's actually somewhat fair... -Almost all attacks have reduced power (one exception may be Bio, which now deals 5% of MAX HP damage each time it activates, meaning its power is equal to before against other Gulthor characters, and may do more damage to characters with more than 2000 HP.) -"Cheval Pâle" is no longer unblockable -Cure works differently. It now heals an amount based on the amount of Power Sephiroth has (1 HP for every 5 SP) and uses up all available energy. -Osmose also works differently. It no longer effects the opponent, and charges Power over time instead of one 500-point chunk. (Need to figure out how to change the activation so that it lasts as long as the player holds the button) -"Coup Fatal" is still a one-hit KO, but needs 3000 Power (instead of 2000) and can only be activated if Sephiroth's HP is below 333. -Most invincibility frames removed. Now opponents can hit him out of spellcasting. (Still need to code in removeexplods to remove auras when he's hit out of attacks.) -Hitboxes cleaned up. Sephiroth can now be attacked low. -All Ultimate Spells and Limit Breaks now need a QCF,HCB along with the usual combination. -Significantly nerfed PowerAdds. Now Sephiroth will need to use Osmose to get energy at any significant rate. -Removed the victory screen. And Kurisu's gonna give it to you. http://www.mediafire.com/?ft0zzsgei0r

Kurisu no MUGEN: Youmu Konpaku vs. Sephiroth

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_Youmu_Konpaku_vs._SephirothAnother swordsman's battle, this time of Speed vs. Power. Youmu is by Rouge Noir. She fights a lot like her IaMP style, but she is not complete yet (As evidenced by the lack of the 'Double Attack' type Spellcards.) When I got her, a few important lines of coding were missing, namely the "power consumption of Spellcard" code. I added those in, and they work the way they should. As for the new lifebars, it's a modified "Final Force" lifebar. The sounds for it are taken from various characters in my MUGEN roster (and one sound from a 'messed up' soundpack.) Two of the sounds I added in aren't in this particular movie: One I added for Double KO, and one for Time Over.

Kurisu no MUGEN: Battle of the Bands! CYS vs. B4U!

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_Battle_of_the_Bands!_CYS_vs._B4U!Fun Fact: Before the 1997 King of Fighters tournament, Yashiro, Shermie, and Chris had a band of their own, and it was rather well-known within the world of the game series. The trio's shift in focus from music to fighting came from an encounter with Iori. And the trouble I had in this battle is a good demonstration of how different battle systems have an effect on the difficulty of an opponent: Shermie, Chris, and Yashiro are all KoF-style fighters, while Yoma is a mix of MvC and Guilty Gear styles, both of which have a distinct advantage over KoF style. It took me several tries to get this right, and it proves that I still suck with Shermie.

Kurisu no MUGEN: Tetsu Yatogi vs. Evil Ryu

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_Tetsu_Yatogi_vs._Evil_RyuTwo lightning-charged Shoto-types duke it out. This one took me many tries and much frustration to get. Evil Ryu has superior stats all-around compared to Tetsu, and Tetsu doesn't have many ways to open gaps in the enemy AI's strategy. I finally found that using a similar style to Evil Ryu's AI (Multiple angles of projectile attack, chaining Super attacks) and taking advantage of the one thing that Tetsu has that Evil Ryu doesn't (Parries) was enough to take him down. And in other news, a New Introduction appears! Command?

Kurisu no MUGEN: Blaziken vs. Dragon Claw

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_Blaziken_vs._Dragon_ClawContrary to popular belief, this is not something amazing. In fact, I tested this out with an AI battle before this. The result: Although DC got the first two rounds, Blaziken managed to win the other three. Now shut up about Dragon Claw. I rate him as only Level 40 on a scale of 1 to 100. P.S.: Usually, I'm a bit of a stickler for using a character's "First Pallete", unless there is a reason for me using an alternate (Chris in FMF6.5 is an exception to this), and here, I have a reason for using a different pallete for Dragon Claw. Can you guess why?

Kurisu no MUGEN: Final Mad Fantasy 6.5

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_Final_Mad_Fantasy_6.5The idea for this one partially came from the fact that Chris's Orochi Mode HSDM (Where he transforms into Orochi and does a full-screen attack) seemed to scream out "Terra from Final Fantasy 6!" in my head. However, since there isn't a full-sized Kefka character in MUGEN yet, I had to pick some other villain character. Yeah. Sephiroth. Even with the defense nerfed to 55, he was still near impossible to defeat with Chris. So, I went into Fighter Factory and "fixed up" Sephiroth, fixing the hitboxes and virtually eliminating any and all invincibility frames. In doing so, I found something out: The reason Gulthor didn't put hitboxes on Sephiroth's legs is that Sephy-chan can't crouch at all, and therefore can't defend low at all either. There was also one thing I changed in Sephiroth's code. Can you figure it out? Also, on an interrupted recording, there was one time where I managed to evade Meteor with the HSDM.

Kurisu no MUGEN: Super Nanase Sisters VS. Skullman

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_Fullmetal_Maniacs_vs._Team_Favic(-chan):_The_True_Team_Battle_(Two-in-one)He wants a fight, he'll get one, alright! It's a pair of team battles against his Super Mario and Lieutenant Kurosawa, both are decent characters in their own right, and they make a very good challenge as a team. On the first battle, I have what I call the "FZ Team", Xande Toskomics and Ribeiro's Megaman.EXE and Claymizer's Blaziken. On the second, it's my "GR Team", ChAoTiC's Protoman and The Great Matsutzu's Weregarurumon. In each battle, I play the Capcom character (Megaman.EXE, then Protoman.)

Kurisu no MUGEN: And Then There Were The_None

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_And_Then_There_Were_The_NoneU.N. Owen was...Mizuka? Anyway, I have Unknown from EFZ go up against four of The_None's characters. Took me a couple of tries, given my inexperience both with Unknown and against most of these characters. The one which gave me the most trouble wasn't OTW2K7, nor was it even Skullman. Yeah, it was Sue. She's probably the only one of those four NOT susceptible to rushdowns. And yes, you did see Gutsman's Ass near the end of the OTW2K7 section. That's one of the new things that comes out of the "Ramming Speed" super, which was originally just the Shrimp Bus.

Kurisu no MUGEN: Doppel Nanase vs. Setsuna Sakurazaki

Kurisu_no_MUGEN:_Doppel_Nanase_vs._Setsuna_SakurazakiThe last one of the "Doppel Nanase VS." miniseries. My opponent this time is none other than Drowin's Setsuna Sakurazaki from Negima?! She has three "grooves", Hokuto no Ken, Arcana, and Suimusou (Suimusou technically doesn't count because only the AI uses it, and only long enough to activate "Spelltrance", which carries over when she switches to one of the other two grooves.) She is a VERY difficult opponent if you don't know how to handle these types of gameplay, as she can pull out a One-Hit KO move on you if she lands enough special attacks (In HnK Groove), and in the 2nd round and beyond, she starts pulling out spellcards like an IaMP Story Mode opponent once she takes enough damage. (The music will change once that happens.)
