Chef Doyle, who is originally from Ireland, tells us, "Trinity is as close to the look, feel, and food, that you would find in any pub in Dublin. We really wanted to bring the traditional Irish pub experience to AC." So head to Trinity, grab a seat at the bar, a cold pint, and some fish and chips for an authentic Irish feel.

With over forty retail stores and some great dining choices, you can spend the whole day in Atlantic City and just shop! The Walk has brought the best brand name stores like The Nike Store, PacSun, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, and many more. When hunger hits, head on over to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Applebee's, Ruby Tuesday's, or any of the other great eateries.

The Palm at the Tropicana has the best NY steaks at the Jersey Shore. To compliment those steaks, there's also a rich array of seafood, appetizers, and desserts. While you're dining, you might think you've wandered into the funny pages of a newspaper. Don't worry. You haven't. The walls at the Palm are decorated with very unique renderings of celebrities, customers, and actual comic strips. If the Family Circus wants a steak in Atlantic City, they're probably heading to the Palm.

If you're going to do an interview, there's no better spot then on the Steel Pier's Ferris Wheel. Right? We could've also done one on any of the thrilling rides and attractions all over the Steel Pier, but we were trying to prevent whiplash. Plus we wanted time to play the dozens of exciting games, win big stuffed animals, and fill up on funnel cake. You can't spend a day at the Atlantic City boardwalk without stopping by the Steel Pier for all of the rides, food, and fun. And make sure to give the slingshot a try too.

The original New York City Stage Deli has found a home at the Taj in Atlantic City. The sandwiches are as unique as the celebrities they are named after, such as the Tom Hanks, Dolly Parton, and Woody Allen. If you can finish one of these stacked sandwiches the deserts are just as delicious and as enormous- the featured desert is the NY style Cheesecake.

Souzai is the first world-class Sushi restaurant in AC. Souzai's menu features mouthwatering plates of sushi, sashimi, tempura and yakatori. Souz Chef Joe Schiraldo assured us that Souzai accommodates even the most timid sushi enthusiast. An extensive selection of cocktails, sakes, Japanese beers and wines round out Souzai's menu.

This hip European Bistro is the place "to see and be scene" in AC. Following in the footsteps of Boston's famous Newbury Street location, Sonsie brings its fabulous flavors and vibrant bar scene to Atlantic City. Led by award winning Chef Martin Doyle, the menu focuses on seasonality and freshness. Sonsie also boasts a wine cellar featuring over 300 wines from around the world.

If you're tired of walking, running, biking, or roller blading through Atlantic City, then it's time to hop on a Segway at Ride N' Glide. Michal Negrin is a unique fashion boutique featuring handcrafted jewelry, fashion accessories, and home decor. Everything in the store, from the hand-painted floor tiles to the beautiful chandelier, is for sale. Recently opened on the first floor of the Pier, Negrin is bringing unique fashion from all over the world. Originated in Israel, Michel Negrin now has stores throughout Europe and the United States.

For over 100 Years James Salt Water Taffy has added flavor to the boardwalk. Visit their newest location at the Pier to find the best old time flavors and some delicious new ones. They have been featured on the Today Show and media throughout the country as one of the finest candy makers in the world. The tattoo culture invades Atlantic City for one weekend of fresh ink, cool stunts, and some peculiar new merchandise at the "Drawin' The Wild Card" Tattoo Show. The artwork wasn't just on people at this show. Ink was on everything from motorcycles, to t-shirts, and even...on toilets. We got to check out all the latest in tattoo merchandise and peek over some shoulders to see the artists at work. At the center of it all was an awesome bike stunt show, which is a great distraction when getting a tattoo done.
