My reading of Chapter 6 Part 1 (Revelations) of "Wish Of Pentacles" which is a novel co-authored by Wren Hazzard and Dennis Crabtree. This is when the North Alabama Paranormal Investigators (NAPI) enter Waverly Hills Sanatorium for the first time. It was the beginning of a very long & interesting night.

During NAPI's investigation of the first floor there was an unexplained power drop on Eric's camcorder. Right after that at the 48 second mark on this video you will hear a dog bark, you will hear one again at the 1:02 & 1:40 mark as well, both sounded like they were coming from inside the building, there were no dogs there that night. The story that is associated with the dog at Waverly Hills is some years ago before the property was taken over by the Mattingly's there was a homeless man with a little white dog that used to stay there. One night some vandals broke into the Sanatorium and pushed the homeless man & his dog down the elevator shaft on the 5th floor killing them both. Check out our photo evidence on www.bamaghost.com and look at the white dog picture, it is fairly plain to see!

We are at the end of our investigation of the second floor of the Waverly Hills Sanatorium. Nothing really jumps out at you while watching this video, but if you can pause the clip during the flash down the hallway you will notice a fairly solid looking black mass. Another interesting fact is it is straight down the hallway that goes to the cafeteria! There was allot of activity that night in that area specifically. I have captured the frame and added it to our photographic evidence on www.bamaghost.com for easier viewing if your interested.

While investigating the second floor of the Waverly Hills Sanatorium we encountered some elevated EMF readings that could not be explained.
