The sequence of the images shows asymmetric fading chemtrails. By means of the photos you can clearly see that airplanes are spraying different substances from each wing. This shows Irwin Schiff being 'judged' by the monkeys at fox news. Notice how they use repetition of 'defense budget' over and over and never extrapolate on Mr Schiff's views. I feel the reason Fox news does this is to make public (as america apparently watches Fox news the most..) an avenue of freedom in the system and then later report on the consequences in endeavoring in such to keep their viewers in line, most of them not even realizing it. Mr Schiff, obviously a venerable man, was jailed soon after this 'report'. Possibly realising his mistake in even bothering with the Fox network. I strongly believe they kept interrupting, distracting and trying to change the subject of the topic with Mr Schiff, so that he could not word the facts to the American people. If you need lies in your life and want to be subject to repetitive b.s., watch and believe the monkeys at Fox.
