In 2007, an unfamiliar expression appeared in the Australia media. A "subprime mortgage crisis" was unfolding in the United States. Homeowners across America were defaulting on loan payments and economists warned of major financial fallout occurring anywhere from Paris to Beijing to Melbourne. But why should a foreclosure in Cleveland affect a hedge fund in Sydney?
Australia, along with the rest of the world, is at risk of a virulent economic virus thanks to financial globalisation where everything is interconnected through a sophisticated form of pass the parcel. And even more alarmingly, no-one knows just how bad it might get.

My Clip Of Eddie and Crash
Our wonderful possum brothers (whom many mistaken as weasels) are from the movie Ice Age 2.
I loved these fellas. They definatly gave the pizazz needed to this flick. Such whit and charm, Eddie and Crash were kicken! I could use a couple friends like this! Ellie's(Queen Latifah), two "brothers", whom she has grown up with - Eddie (Josh Peck) and Crash (Seann William Scott), who are real possums are real brats. Their attempts to protect Ellie from Manny (who has insensitively suggested that they repopulate the earth), are as imbecilic as, say, Sid becoming King of the Jungle. But, Sid did become the King, in the end. I must add I love Queen Latifah in anything she played. Enjoy the clip.
