It wasn't a real video taken from the deck of a ferry boat 19 feet away from a lady with a camera, it is a FAKE VIDEO. The US Government claims the video was taken at GROUND LEVEL NEAR CASTLE CLINTON IN BATTERY PARK. Right there, that rules out the deck of a ferry boat.
