I think it's time for another TAG - so I'm tagging .... I have decided to tag EVERYONE on LV now to do their own Superbowl "TOUCHDOWN" dance videos!

Footage of the aftermath of the tornado that touched down in Camilla, GA in the early morning hour of February 14, 2000. This part has footage of me looking for stuff to salvage. You will see a news reporter come up from the local TV station (Newscenter 10 WALB) to interview me. My sister Amanda that was filming made me laugh one time while I was talking to the guy. To be honest, I was so "out of it" that I didn't even really remember doing the interview until friends had told me they saw me on TV.

This is Part 2 of the footage of the aftermath of one of the many tornados that hit in the early morning hour of February 14, 2006, which was Valentine's Day and my sister Michelle and her husband David's 12th Wedding Anniversary. Their house was completely destroyed. The only part you see standing was the new bathroom they had just added on about 3-6 months before the tornado hit. In this part you will also see my mobile home that was destroyed. It was a little ways back and diagonal to where my sister's house was. The only part of it that was left was my bedroom. Which leads me to another story; where was I during the tornado? It was a Sunday and I had just got off from working a 12 hour shift at Cooper Tire at 7pm and even though I was very tired, I decided to go out to this club called Brother's in Tallahassee, FL. On Sunday nights they have 80s night. And that is where I was. When I was coming home I seen tons of blue lights flashing and I thought it was a roadblock. The police told me about the tornado and I told them where I lived and they finally let me through. I went straight to my sister's house and when I got there, I couldn't believe what my headlights were shining on. Their van had been picked up and thrown through the front of the house. I want to say "Thanks" to The Red Cross, FEMA, SBA and everyone that helped with the cleanup.

This is a Memorial video of my 13 year-old nephew Blaine who was killed in an ATV accident on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2003. He was wearing a helmet but it didn't help in his accident. He was a great kid. He greeted people with hugs and was very loving, always respecting adults. Blaine was baptised only 25 days before the accident. Of all the bumper stickers his mother had given him for his ATV, he only put one on it and it simply said, "GOD". Blaine's best friend Jacob Davis (that you see in front of him in the band photo) died almost exaclty a year before Blaine. He is buried behind Blaine. The redish headstone you see in the gravesite photos is his. Such a shame and heartache to see such young kids dying. Makes you think about life alot. My grandmother was Mary Ruth Schneider (before she married my grandfather Earl Reich) and she had 6 brothers, Paul P., Charles A., Ervin M., Earl O. "Ott", John D. and William C. "Bill" Schneider (all 7 are deceased now) and their parents were Phillip C. and Mary Jane (Redman) Schneider. Mary Jane Redman is a descendent of John Greathouse of Virginia. Her parents were George Taylor & Mary Elizabeth (Clarkson) Redman. There are also photos of my grandfather Earl Reich's sisters, Charlotte, Evelyn and Roberta. I know this video is long and won't be interesting to many but I spent weeks making it and actually made it for family members but decided to post it here for the few that might enjoy old photos, nostalgia and/or ancestory. Thanks to my 2nd cousin John C. Schneider (my grandmother's brother John D.'s son) for sending the photos and all the info back in 2005. Also, thanks to Monica & Ray Schneider for the additional info. You may have to pause the video if you want to read all the info as some of the photos had a lot of info to put on them.
