This is a story about a scientist who goes by the name of "Professor Dewey". he develops a secret potion to cure his younger brother "Big Baby Bastard" who has a disease called the "Big baby Bastard Disease". In the midst of completing his secret potion, an evil villain by the name of Raphael Jackson and his accomplices breaks into his laboratory and kidnaps his younger brother for ransom for exchange of the secret potion. Professor Dewey refuses and in return, Raphael Jackson and his accomplices destroy the lab and begin pouring a mysterious liquid down the throat of Professor Dewey. Raphael gives Professor Dewey 2 days to come up with the potion and if the deadline isn't met, Big Baby Bastard dies. They leave the lab in a hurry taking Big Baby Bastard along leaving Professor Dewey gasping for air after being forced to drink a mysterious liquid. Little did Raphael Jackson know, that the potion he made Professor Dewey drink would soon later change his appearance blue with magical super powers. Professor Dewey later uses these powers in not only to save his little brother from the evil villains, but to also fight crime in major cities as... "CAPTAIN BLUE".
