Rather than upload a whole buncha seperate little clips, I decided to string 'em together in a montage of my experimental animated weirdnesses. Some of it will be used in a hallucination sequence in "Night of the Necroluna", but most of it is animation for its own sake. That's why I prefer to look at it more as a "Video Art Gallery" than a demo reel. Just sit back and enjoy these loops as they liesurely passs through the videospace. These clips were created using a myriad of programs: Macromedia Flash 4, Adobe Photoshop 6.0, Adobe ImageReady, Morpheus, OnHand's Wild Photo Effects, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, QuickTime Pro, and Final Cut Pro 1.0 .

April 22, 2006 - my Senior Recital at West Chester University... I had to produce and present an more... more... hour's worth of music... It was a lot of fun, and there were a couple awesome performances by my friends that night (whom I am forever grateful for!!)... This was the 3rd piece, Willindipediosity.... basically my jab at avant garde music.... heh

April 22, 2006 - my Senior Recital at West Chester University... I had to produce and present an more... hour's worth of music... It was a lot of fun, and there were a couple awesome performances by my friends that night (whom I am forever grateful for!!) All work is ©Michael J Weaver unless otherwise noted... I wanted to begin the performance with a witty jab at the people who come out on stage and say "uh, yeah, turn your cell phones off n00bs". I feel like that is one of the rudest things... ever. So this is my way of letting people know that I'd rather not hear a horrible MIDI version of Mozart's 'Turkish Rondo' in the middle of one of my pieces! And you know what?... it worked!

I offer no explanation, take it for what it is... the fun part about this is that at the end I had everyone who was involved in the recital come back for one more refrain of the piece/curtain call... that's a lot of people!! This is Confession of Faith performing to victory at the 1993 Minnesota Highschool Battle of the Bands at the Mirage. COF took sole first place. 2 bands tied for second place and 2 bands tied for third but COF one by themselves. What is amusing is that after COF performed, they immediately left the competition only finding out that they had won while they were returning their gear at home. The prize was free studio recording time. The songs we played were 'Hallowed' and 'Dominatrix'.

'Dominatrix' This is very Confession of Faith, dark lighting, the intense aural cascade. This song is from The Sacrament ep. The crowd seems very intense due to the fact that this was performed in the Highschool lunchroom and most of the students probably hadn't seen or heard music like this.
