This is a song called "Let It Rain" created and sang by Charles Bolinger. It has blessed me; yet says very few words.

This song came to me while I was thinking about loved ones I have lost. We all experience that overwhelming sense of grief and loss. I wrote the song down while I was feeling the sadness and recorded it immedaitely while I still had the feeling. The vocal is a bit rough in places but I am driven by pure emotion on this one so that may have caused it I think. I made the music up as I went, not too complicated.
