Part 04 -Music by: Hiroshima -This mini Vid is just Short OUT-TAKES from a COX CABLE Television Special -I didn't even TRY to make smooth edits, just grabbed a shot here and there and Voilà! ... Mass Confusion! - More of some of my Jazz Dance Choreography (Back in the Day - (hehe) around 1983. Again for those of you who have not see some of my old "Vintage" mini vids, from shows, rehearsals, performances and so on. I will remind you that MOST of these are poor quality because I found OLD DUSTY (some too damage to copy- DRAT!) VHS tapes in the attic. This group of girls, which I think I will be ending up putting like 6 or 7 vids of them, turned out to be some of the BEST PRO Commercial Dancers around, and some went on to do BIG things! Woo Hoo! Makes me feel good to find these tapes and look back at a great group, then to see them go on to be Stars in many fields. Thanks for taking a look, visit often, I'm going to keep adding more surprises. SO many OLD Show tapes were too damaged to repair or copy, so those won't be left for the future archives .. for example of topics like: "History of the "Music Hall" / "Commercial Dance" / "Variety Shows" / "Vegas Extravaganza type Shows" / "Jazz Choreography ThroughThe Ages" / " Examples of Professional Dance Choreography used in Commercial Shows, Companies, both Jazz thru Ballet" ... etc. QUESTION !!!!!!!!!!!! ???????? >>>>> If YOU were involved in any "Professional" OLD Vegas type Variety shows or the like ........... AND you have any OLD Videos from Vegas Shows, I would LOVE for you to either upload some numbers or parts of numbers to this site. !!!!!!!!!! Also if you have any vids of Choreography from older Vegas Choreographers, like: Ronnie Lewis, Cary LaSpina, Ron Fields, or Choreographers like that .... I would also love to be able somehow to get copies, as they are hard to find!!!!!!!!!! YOU MAY HAVE TO PLAY TWICE IF IT IS JERKY! (I just replaced original vid of Zebra ... with one (that should be sharper) This is a Professional Female Dancer, rehearsing some of my Choreography for a Show, I think it was about 1982? She is one of the BESTand Strongest Dancers I've EVER known. If you know the "Dance" you will see what I mean at the end when she does so many fuetes IN HIGH HEELS! hehe I also Designed the Costume with emphasis on the Headpiece... was having her test it out as I had to make them light weight so Dancers could do all those wild "Head Rolls" that were so popular back in the day. Just rehearsing a song. There is life in the old Boy yet. I'm 56 years old during this short sound bite of this rehearsal. (hehe) Since I have been a Singer/Dancer/Actor/Choreographer, etc. (hehe) ( I wont' go into all the Recording Artists who have not only influenced my singing but helped me in manys .... HOWEVER I will say that Luther Vandross was worshipped and adored by every Professional Singer I've ever met. We will miss you ALWAYS Luther!, and I for one will be mourning your loss for some time to come, if not always. I'd like to say that .... Some (but not all) of the Choreographers who influenced me ... were Bob Fosse ( I did many a Fosse Show, hehe) , Ronnie Lewis, Michael Bennett, Ron Fields, Greg Martin, Carlton Johnson, Walter Painter, Jerry Jackson, Ron Meren, Carry LaSpina, (sp?), Arlene Phillips, Joe Tremain, Jaime Rogers, Claud Thompkins, Jerry Grimes, Ernie Flatt, Dee Dee Wood, Roland Dupree, Doug Caldwell, Paul DeRolf, Dana Landers, Ben Lokey, Carol Connors, Ed Forsyth, ..... and the list goes -- > ON. (hehe)

** (I'm putting this edit up to see if it looks better than the orignal) ** This is one of quite a few mini vids of bits of dance numbers from many shows I produced and choreographed to go to certain Major Japanese and other Worldwide Resorts. The actual Shows were very huge production variety shows. The show would have many "Acts": Singers, Magic, Jugglers, Bear Acts, Tiger Acts, Chimp Acts, AND ... Small Dance Troupe Acts. So what I will be uploading from time to time are excerpts from different numbers, different cast members, different shows, different years of those many different "Small Dance Acts" I sent.
