I am proud to announce the first recoring of Maria Linnemann's "SOLEDAD"! Maria composed this music this year and decided to dedicate it to me. It's a great honor! When I asked her what's behind the piece she told me: "It was inspired by a poem written by a poet of the '27 generation', Emilio Prados. Many poets fled Spain at the time of the civil war, and found a new home in S. America or Mexico. But they homesick, and their poems reflect their sadness. This is the opening credits sequence of Double Crossing by Mack Lewis. My first feature soundtrack, it was composed of midi instruments and at the time, I was very proud of the work. I was inspired by some musicians friends here in LV who have been very brave enough in posting there original songs and get good comments and views and i have one here i wrote last year but was canned because we focused too much on covers and i thought maybe its high time for me to follow up our posted original song GO AWAY that we posted few months ago. It's April. There is always a feeling of "rebirth" in Spring, flowers are blossoming, air is refreshing. A nice thing to do would be to go outdoors. Here's my entry for the Inverloch fanmusic contest: a short composition titled "Inverloch Fantasy," for lack of a better name. My original plan of an orchestral score was replaced by a piano solo when my keyboard failed. Bah, technology. Piano solo worked better in the end after all.... What I tried to create with the composition was a melody that encompassed the entire mood of the story. To emulate the tone of most of Inverloch, I aimed for a fast-paced epic-esque feel; something that fit the title "fantasy." I was trying to imagine this as a background score for any given scene when Acheron, Lei'ella and the others are on the perilous journey, traveling to destinations unknown...

This is a Kemp Production work of the logo for a vinyard in Switzerland for their new website that we are working on. the plate was a simple logo...keyed out the white background and began to play with the movement and sound. A new piano composition I came up with on my new digital piano. Kinda a bit darker sounding, with a touch of "prog rock" influence. I can hear lots of heavy bass, distorted guitar and thrashing drums. Rawk. I also went a bit "arty" on the vid editing lol. This is my first video edited with Adobe Premiere PRO CS3. Credits created in Adobe After Effects CS3.
