A little musical nonsense! I haven't played mandolin and bodhran for many years so this was fun. Also making their first appearances here are my new Yamaha BB614 bass and Schecter Tempest Extreme electric guitar. Also making a rare appearance is my old Takeharu WT-100 folk guitar which was my first real guitar and the instrument I learned on when I was 15. The first of two compositions I have written this week. This was written as a solo and the other I will record as a bigger multiguitar layered thingy. At some point... A "Dryad" is a female tree spirit in ancient mythology. I don't know why but this piece made me think of walking through a forest.
