Vega/M.Bison (Street Fighter II/Alpha series): Most of you know this guy: He has a lot of power, agility, and priority, and a fierce AI to go with it. Suika Ibuki (Missing Power mode) (Immaterial and Missing Power): Yep, it's everyone's favorite drunken Oni girl. She may have a limited moveset, and a somewhat weak agility, she makes up for with a lot of power and durability (not to mention Hyper Armor blocking off any Custom State attacks) and if you block an attack incorrectly, you're penalized with a 500 SP (Half of a Super level) drop.
