Dark Bolt(Ethan Lives)- This character is an edit of Chun-Li made into... a ninja! She has all of Chun-Li's attacks and a few unique and ninja style attacks as well. Her AI likes to use projectiles and she teleports a lot. IMO this is a good character to fight.
