CNN showed completely fake videos on 9-11. Nobody knows where they got the footage they aired, but it was not real. You can look for yourself and prove that this thing they showed is not a Boeing 767-222 and is therefore not UA 175.

Now this logo is much improved over the previous home video logo. There's actually CGI which looks awesome, they show a brief history of the MGM lions when they go through the ribbon, and it features two different roars for this logo (both of Stanley's roars). Now let's go back to the CGI, I'm telling you the CGI for them going atop of the ribbon should be on the IMAX because it has that IMAX feel where it feel like you going inside the logo and actually riding it. The only problem with this logo is they only featured it for 5 years (1995-1999) and they just put Leo (Stanley) back in the logo like a regular MGM logo which sucks a straw entirely. Enjoy this awesome piece however. I forgot to mention the jingle for this logo. The fanfare is awesome and fits well with this logo.

Here's one of the cheesiest /cheapest looking logos in television/film history; not the Filmation logo but the MGM logo for the end credit of the "Tom and Jerry Show." Trust me, this is probably cheapest looking logo probably even worse than December 3rd Productions. One thing: they used a static picture of Leo on here (Hences this is the picture that was used on many MGM and UA home videos between 1983-1995). Two: the roar for this logo. The roar for this logo has to be the cheapest SFX used for any bumper/ident because the roar is so quiet you can barely hear from the end of the Tom & Jerry Theme song. If you could hear it, it does not sound like Leo's roar that was used between 1957-1982 (a.k.a Tanner's roar) at all, but some just cheap way to plaster a roar on the static Leo the Lion Picture. Trust me, I hate this logo because it disrespects MGM, it disrespects Leo (Stanley), and it disrespects me as a closing logo fan and probably many as well. Trust me, if someone made a logo to plaster on after the credits of the show; it looked some thing liked that; and I was CEO of the film corporation, I would fire their ass and get security to beat the ever loving shit out of them and then kick them outside the building. I apologize for my soapbox. Enjoy this anyhow!

Remember the static logo I was ranting about for MGM/UA Entertainment? Well, here it is except it has animation this time. For it's time (1983-1989), this logo was decent and actually looked fairly good. Once we got into 1990, then yeah, this logo became cheesy and just bland with the same CBS/MGM Video fanfare and the same lion and once we got into 1994 this logo was so cheesy it wasn't even funny because other film companies were making or made new logos with better animation or better CGI animation. In 1995, that would be a different story and I will put that logo next. Enjoy!!
