On the 12th April 2008 we went to spend 3 nights on the island of Boracay. The last time I was on Boracay was about 10 years ago, from the few memories I have of then I can tell a lot has changed, there certainly wasn't as many hotels back then i'm certain. This video shows us being picked up at the "Fairways Welcome Center" in Caticlan and the speed boat ride to Boracay, then arriving at our hotel. We went swimming at Asya's Private Cove in the evening of the 12th. Mainly cuz it was part of the hotels package so I wanted to make sure I got what I paid for, haha. But it was still great, nice to have the choice between White Beach and some place more private and to get away from all the vendors trying to sell sunglasses and boat trips. But swimming at White Beach is still an awesome experience in itslef. In 2003, My mother and I went to the Maritimes. These are my photos from Day 1 to Day 5, Quebec to Halifax, including New Brunswick, Peggy's Cove and the Swissair Memorial (for all those photos, see the Swissair Memorial video), and hurricane damage in Halifax and Dartmouth. I really messed up on the days in the video... The end of the video is actually Day 5, not Day 2.
