For the record: I have nothing against Photoshop itself. I adore Photoshop...what I have a difficult time with is the standard of 'beauty' forced on all of us by the media. This is merely a personal comment in support of the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty.
This is a picture of Jessica Sierra (of American Idol fame) that I photoshopped from a mugshot taken at a very low point in her recent history. Using the image only to point out the sur-reality that is used in the media as THEE standard for 'beauty'. Bullshit I say.
(Side Note: it was also an experiment in WMM. It's not THAT bad of a an editing tool!)
