This is a 1978 RKO Radio Home Video logo, a VHS distribution company owned by Austin Systems that sold the "RKO thunderbolt" videotapes from 1980 - 1998. RKO Radio Home Video was outlawed when a child accidentally swallowed one of their videotapes. This was ignored, but in 1998, it became RKO Home Video. Be very afraid. RKO thunderbolt is watching.
